Harley!!! I love her too. Great job on this. I really like this style when it's well done. (style of image - the card aspect). I like how the black parts came out too. Harley seriously rocks hard.
-- Your attack has been rendered harmless. It was, however, very pretty. Vae Victus, Woe to the Conquered!
Super sweet, love how you did the costume! Would you mind adding a link to the stock account in the comments so people can find it? Her bust (^_^) and face are awesome. At least in this image, I think the hands are the weaker area. But hands are hard anyway T__T I like the movement of her outfit over all
Hrrm .... Well, the only thing I think I can help with is the hands,
Whenever it is I'm drawing them, (for example) sorta' flat like you have here, I try and make sure I know either where the knuckles, or creases on the palm are, since that helps a ton with at least placing the fingers correctly ..
And, when you do start drawing the fingers, I find it's easier to do them slightly more ... 'Squarish' than normal, (I read too much One Piece >_> ) And refine them as you go along, some of the time it makes doing hands easier, or just frustrates you more. x'D
However there are a ton of good tutorials on the site x'D And quite honestly I stink at giving helpful tips, but I will say, it makes things much easier to use your own hands as guides, or rather, make someone else stand still, and model for you, lol,
Though, I find that one of the much more entertaining ways of figuring out the basics of drawing hands -and less liable to backfire than forcing someone to stand still until your done drawing-, would be reading manga and comic-books, generally ones with fighting, or, say, sports,
I highly suggest taking a look at either Eyeshield 21, or Tenjou Tenge, or Hajime no Ippo, Eyeshield is a football-manga, so, of course, there's some help for drawing hands and muscles right there, Hajime no Ippo is about boxing, it's wonderful really, because not only is it helpful with fighting poses and what not, but the Artist actually does some panels showing a fighters actual muscles, like, without skin, n' stuff,
I haven't had the chance to read through the entire manga yet, but, my brother has and .. Has taken the time to show me pretty much every other important fight in the series, x'D
Tenjou Tenge, well, it's all about fighting and, it's amazingly helpful at times but .... It's incredibly mature, >_> As in, unwanted pantie-shots, random nakedness, and other graphic, graphic things, so, yeah, if that isn't your kinda' thing, I'd suggest staying away from that one. But otherwise, I found all three of those pretty helpful~ Not only that, but each of them is freakishly awesome to read, and pretty much made of win and crazy (The crazy part mostly applies to Hiruma from Eyeshield, though >_>, Whats even better, is that you can find them on this site called Onemanga.com, for free! (Though I do feel guilty about reading them there, rather than buying them. D: )

We understand that each day you may not be able to check out each and every one of the pieces, everyone has their own things going on.
